Jim Hurst might be the best finger style guitar player around today. Tony Rice said "He's the best guitarist I've heard in 35 years!" Also a great bluesy singer and fun loving entertainer. Rob Ickes is the most awarded instrumentalist in bluegrass history, IBMA "Dobro Player of The Year" fourteen times. Won two Grammys, has played with almost every star of bluegrass and country.

Rhonda Vincent & The Rage
Unitarian Society Hall, Saturday, Oct. 26, 7:30 pm. $45 and $55.

The most celebrated band in bluegrass, with over seventy awards to their name. Rhonda won seven consecutive IBMA Vocalist of the Year awards. Dubbed "The New Queen of Bluegrasss" by the Wall Street Journal, she puts on a great live show. She'll do a lot of bluegrass, a little country and some gospel too. A very rare New England appearance.
