The list of GuitartownCT guitarists is pretty amazing: Tony Rice, Bryan Sutton, Billy Strings, Del McCoury, David Grier, Kenny Smith, Jake Eddy, Trey Hensley, David Bromberg, Chris Eldridge, Josh Williams, Grant Gordy, Jim Hurst, and on and on.
We are thrilled to present another great guitarist, Stash Wyslouch. He's one of the bluegrass genre‑bending pioneers, mixing classic bluegrass into original, jaw‑dropping music, sometimes shredding, always soulful and entertaining. A fine singer too!

Tim Surrett
This conversation is full of funny stories about his friendship and performances with Tony Rice, and lots of stories and insights about his 50 year career in bluegrass and gospel.
Tim Surrett is a North Carolinian through and through. He's played and recorded with everyone from Tony Rice and Doyle Lawson to JD Crowe and Ralph Stanley. He is a long-time gospel singer of note with The Kingsmen.
He started Mountain Home Music Company, has 20 years with Balsam Range ( thirty #1 bluegrass songs), runs a bluegrass festival, was head of IBMA, is a staff producer for Pisgah Ridge Records and Organic Records, and has a long career as an active studio player.
